News and online media part one (Lesson 6 & 7)


A-Level Media:      Tracking a news story

It is vitally important that you choose a news story that has a strong life-cycle. I.E a news story that will run over a longer period and will not vanish from the newspaper / website / social media forums in a few days. Remember to use more than one newspaper and more than one online source. Try and follow the story from a range of outlets.

Discuss all the sides to the argument, how has it been discussed through legitimate sources and through social media. What are your own conclusions about the story based on your research? This final report will be submitted for assessment. (MINIMUM 300 WORDS)
